Recompiling icons on fresh clone

Description:

I have to recompile icons after switching to dark mode on fresh install

Way to reproduce:

1. clone acdc
2. acdc -y
3. open acdc, switch to dark mode, close acdc
4. open acdc, prompt shown in dark mode saying "update the GUI icons" ( _warnings.warnRestartAcdcIconsUpdated() ), close acdc
5. open acdc, is in light mode, close acdc
6. open acdc, in dark mode like expected after step 3

Cell-ACDC is installed with admin rights
