Describe the bug
Selecting collections in chat demo does not add the filter for the collection request
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to chat page
2. open side bar
3. Select a collection
4. Select "question and answer" from the chat type
5. Type in a chat, question about document from that collection
6. The result will include context from all documents, not just the collection.

Expected behavior
The rag call will have a collection filter, but doesn't seem to be included.
