Scrolling with mouse cursor over delimiter scrolls extremely slow LTS 449-3 and r476.3 #9029

Problem description

When my mouse cursor is over the delimiter between the object and its condition/action, and the mouse cursor changes from arrow to the icon showing a vertical resize, the scrolling either by trackpad or by scroll wheel on mouse, scrolls extremely slow.

This is really annoying on a small laptop screen cause the delimiters are moused over very often due to lack of space.

Please see this video (25 sec) notice how much I have to swipe when the mouse cursor is on the delimiter (the vertical bar between the object and the condition/action): https://youtube.com/shorts/GjQBkE2sV0E?feature=share

This happens on newest r476.3 as well. It is less noticeable on windows than mac for some reason but it's still there.

Any example

Steps to reproduce

  1. open Glokar or any example, preferably on a mac laptop
  2. duplicate random conditions/actions to make a bigger event block
  3. scroll, preferably using the trackpad, while the mouse cursor is over the delimiter bar

Observed result

It scrolls extremely slow

Expected result

Should scroll just as fast as when the cursor is not over the delimiter
