[Feature Request] Option to bypass the "There is a new version of JMusicBot available!" prompt

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Every time the java executable is opened, a somewhat inconvenient prompt to "update" always pops up preventing the fast opening of the program (it's also a problem considering it notifies of an update in the original JMusicBot repository, which hasn't been updated in nearly a year, instead of notifying about updates in this fork.)

What is your ideal solution to the problem?

Having an option to disable it within the configuration file

How would this feature be used?

Opening the config file
Setting an option to disable it to "true"
Saving the config file and opening the program to no popup at all

I second this.

Currently, I'm using Repl.it to host my bot, and I have to use a VNC tool to interact with the console, forcing me to open this screen just to press "Ok" every time I run the bot, as it doesn't start until I press it.

Besides that, Repl.it for mobile phones doesn't have the VNC option so I need to go to a computer to start the bot (that's a Repl.it problem but this would help me with it too 😛)
