Rstox writes to 'test.txt'

A minor issue, the function 'matrixList2multipolygon' in rstox-spatial.r has a few lines with:

write(x, "test

one of them not commented out. Causes a package importing Rstox to throw warnings when the package is bundled after 'test.txt' has been written to the package directory/ies.
