Some PR's seem to sit waiting after changes have been requested. It is the responsibility of the person who requested changes to return to said PR. Sometimes these PRs can get stuck for weeks just waiting for someone to approve.
On the other side, if your PR has requested changes you need to return to said PR. It's good practice to check in on your PRs after they have been created!
