  • Designed and led the implementation of an AI-based optimisation system for intelligent freight wagon routing, generating verified annual EBIT benefits of several million euros.
  • Led AI-driven optimisation project, delivering production-ready AI and machine learning solutions to improve planning, maintenance, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Managed an interdisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts using agile (Kanban) methods, including project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
