[BUG] The language client requires VS Code version ^1.82.0 but received version 1.78.2

Current Behavior

I followed the steps to run vscode-xp-workspace using docker, but stumbled upon an error "Extension 'eXtraction and Processing' failed to activate" (see logs).

Expected Behavior

The extension runs fine.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run git clone git@github.com:Security-Experts-Community/vscode-xp-workspace.git
2. cd vscode-xp-workspace
3. docker compose up
4. Open http://localhost:3503/?folder=/home/coder/open-xp-rules
5. Enter the correct password
6. Open 'eXtraction and Processing' tab (might need to reload the page a few times)

Environment

- OS: linux 4.19.0-27-cloud-amd64
- VSCode: 1.78.2
- VSCode-XP: 3.20.2
