Description
Need a scheme for augmenting pData information to include covariates and blocking factors for limma contrasts. Could name these columns BLOCKING_contrastname and COVARIATE##_contrastname, where "contrastname" will be used to match the column with the appropriate CONTRAST_contrastname column. ## can be an optional number for cases where multiple covariates are necessary.
