Should 'OPENEHR' be 'openehr'

Are we assuming this list is always in uppercase? I assume that current usage of openEHR internal terminology is 'openehr' (in lowercase)

I uppercased everything since it was the case for SNOMED and LOINC.
I mean we could change if we want to.
