Use this issue as the public handoff surface for early adopters.

Please share:

• The project type you tried project-tiny-context-harness on.
• Which agent surface you used: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini CLI or another tool.
• Whether a fresh AI coding agent could recover the project goal, non-goals, architecture boundaries and validation paths from AGENTS.md and project_context/**.
• Which durable facts were missing, noisy or placed in the wrong file.
• Any install, sync or validation failure with command output trimmed to the smallest useful excerpt.

Maintainer notes:

• Prefer fixing repeat confusion in README, launch FAQ, issue templates or Context templates.
• Do not convert one-off logs into long-term Context.
• Do not claim benchmark-proven speedups from adoption reports alone.
• Keep the public positioning narrow: Project Tiny Context Harness is repo-native project memory for fresh-agent recovery, not a task manager or SDLC-stage workflow.
