Create the starting background where the character starts off at.

Inspiration by WALL-E:

This background should be the 1920 x 1080 aspect ratio, but as long as this tracks, the dimensions are up to you (talk about what you want to set it as beforehand, maybe we want to scale it with 32x32 character sizing).
