Fix job that fetches latest data for `theme-liquid-docs`

Summary
Our list of tags has not been synced since we moved to shop/world:

• Find out what job is responsible for fetching the list of objects and syncing it with SFR
• Fix that job

Expected

• there is a job that automatically updates that file

Actual

• that file is out of date

I'm pretty sure this has now been fixed by the platform team but I want to keep this open until we get a successful theme-liquid-docs PR.
