Building a SimVascular model using the segmentations in the 0090_H_PULM_ALGS project fails with

The terminal window where SimVascular was run shows

[WARNING:FollowLoopOrientation] No cell with correct orientation found
[WARNING:GetSingleLoop] FollowLoopOrientation failed
ERROR in boolean operation.

Reproduction

Download 0090_H_PULM_ALGS and build a new model.

Expected behavior

A model should build from the existing segmentations.

@chlookaburra I am building models one branch at a time to see where the failure is. For the LPA_br1 branch I get a failure

This is caused by an LPA_br1_br1_br1 segmentation that osculates the parent surface

I modified this offensive segmentation and now model can be built from the LPA branch.

@ktbolt I followed the same branch-by-branch model building process and got the same error !

Could you please describe how exactly you modified this offensive segmentation so I can reproduce it too? I am looking at this window right now:
