Clear Trivia list during reload

I noticed that the trivia list isn't being cleared upon reload. This can cause issues like old questions popping up when you don't want them to.
This makes debugging config issues that may not appear in console a big issue, but could also leave an un-fixed question until a server restart.

I would make a PR for this, but I'm just a novice and my solution would include a loop. Glancing at your code I'd guess you'd have a better method.

This is the exact issue and it's unintended. I'll fix it for the next release.
