Find a way to build the source and all its dependencies together into a single selfcontained package that can be installed.

Packaging control information can just be stored in 'debian/' in the same repo

Initial dh-make-perl pass says:

• Net::Async::Webservice::S3 >= 0.18 found in libnet-async-webservice-s3-perl (>= 0.18)
• Net::Async::HTTP >= 0.33 found in libnet-async-http-perl (>= 0.33)
• IO::Async::Loop found in libio-async-perl
• POSIX::strptime found in libposix-strptime-perl
• Future::Utils >= 0.22 found in libfuture-perl (>= 0.22)
• Term::Size found in libterm-size-perl
• List::UtilsBy found in liblist-utilsby-perl
• Future >= 0.22 found in libfuture-perl (>= 0.22)
  = Cwd is in core since 5.0.0
• IO::Termios found in libio-termios-perl
• IO::Async::Timer::Periodic found in libio-async-perl
• IO::Async::Notifier found in libio-async-perl
• YAML found in libyaml-perl

Of those, some of them are custom packages I built on my box, so those will require stripping out and replacing with inplace deps

It probably wants some more hackery around the dependencies though - should pull some more off CPAN if they're required, and also declare more debian-level ones for the tricky bits.

Have now traced the remaining non-core dependencies I think, and also changed some of the existing ones to depend on debian packages instead of pulling from CPAN where versions aren't terribly important and they're already in debian anyway.
