Error code -18 maps to SKTCaptureE_INVALIDPARAMETER, which means one or more of the parameters passed to CaptureHelper.open() are invalid or malformed. This is distinct from an app key mismatch, so let's narrow down the cause.

Please double-check the following parameters you're passing when initializing CaptureSDK:

• App ID – Should follow the format ios:com.your.bundleid. Make sure it exactly matches your app's bundle identifier and includes the ios: prefix.
• Developer ID – Confirm this is the correct Developer ID associated with your account (we can see yours is bb57d8e1-f911-47ba-b510-693be162686a).
• App Key – Ensure the App Key was generated for the correct combination of App ID + Developer ID on the Socket Mobile Developer portal.

A few other things to verify:

1. No leading/trailing whitespace in any of the string values — this is a common cause of INVALIDPARAMETER.
