API search CVEs by CPE #6
Description
SBOM team needs an endpoint for grabbing CVEs by CPE (affected product) for VEX analysis.
Should input a CPE and search for any CVEs that have that CPE as an affected product.
This doesn't have to be a separate endpoint, we can possibly make a change to /search instead
