Fixed issue causing ButterLib to crash when using mods that require ButterLib
This crash was due to ButterLib using poor code when creating dictionaries
This fix should proactively prevent Butterlib from crashing when handling BLGM Objects

This update should fix ButterLib from crashing when handling BLGM Clans. It should also fix any saves that were crashing on load. Let me know if any issues persist.
