[Bug]: stm manage queue create not respecting queue name

Bug Description

The stm queue create command does not respect the queue name when passed as a single command

Expected Behavior

Expect a queue to be created on the broker with the provided queue name

Steps to Reproduce

stm manage queue create MobileNotificationService-Translation --owner solace-cloud-client --add-subscriptions "acme/terminal/announcements/translation/v1///*"
