Definition of Done (DoD) & Definition of Ready (DoR) #97

@Mampenda

Description

@Mampenda

User Story: As a developer, I want to define clear criteria for when a backlog item is "done" or "ready" so that we maintain consistency in our development process.

Epic: Sprint Review & Report

Requirements:

  • Define a shared "Definition of Done" (DoD) that includes testing, documentation, and deployment readiness.
  • Establish a "Definition of Ready" (DoR) to ensure backlog items are well-defined before implementation.
  • Document both definitions in the report.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The DoD and DoR are clearly defined and documented.
  • The criteria are aligned with XP and Scrum principles.
  • The report includes these definitions for future reference.
