Goal
Add adapter lanes for the knowledge/intelligence runtime surfaces while preserving each plane's authority boundary.
Required scope
- Slash Topics: topic scope selection, topic-pack validation references, membrane decision events, receipt refs.
- Memory Mesh: governed recall/writeback/context-pack request and result events.
- New Hope: semantic message/thread/claim/citation normalization event shapes.
- Sherlock Search: search-packet validation/hydration request and result events.
- Holmes: request/status/artifact correlation only; respect
docs/integration/holmes-boundary.md and do not redefine Holmes semantics.
- MeshRush: graph-view/diffusion/crystallization request/status/evidence event shapes.
- Preserve workroom, topic scope, Matrix room/thread, Agent Registry agent ID, Policy Fabric decision refs, and evidence refs where available.
- Add fake backend tests; do not require live services in CI.
Non-goals
- Do not move Slash Topics, Memory Mesh, New Hope, Sherlock Search, Holmes, or MeshRush schemas into AgentTerm.
- Do not implement legacy Sherlock OSINT as ambient tooling.
- Do not hydrate sensitive context without Policy Fabric admission.
- Do not dispatch non-human participants without Agent Registry resolution.
