give us a script version with POST to GET and XHR to JSONP call (through the proxy)

All requests through the sourcepoint should go through the proxy

• Give us a proxy config url parameter
• convert all XHRHttpRequests to JSONP (for the initial iteration)
• on top of all convert all POST to GET calls if the proxy param is in place.
