Update program with speaker bios, fix speaker photo styling

- Add Ondřej Hlaváček bio and LinkedIn from last year
- Add object-fit: cover to speaker photos to prevent stretching
- Full program with all speakers, schedule, and detailed descriptions
- Remove CFP section (deadline passed), update ticket price to 1900 CZK
- Add new program features: highlights lists, AI Battle, quiz prizes
