[M] Buttons should be sticky to the bottom to increase visibility

**Current:**
- On certain pages, some buttons are hidden under the toolbar on mobile screens so that users have to manually scroll down to perform actions

**Expected:**
- Buttons should be sticky to the bottom for easy access
