[Deploy] API integration test suite against live Soroban testnet (CI nightly)

Context

Unit tests mock RPC; deployment needs confidence against real testnet.

Goal

Scheduled workflow catches RPC/contract breaking changes.

Acceptance criteria

• Nightly (or manual) workflow runs happy-path against testnet secrets
• Uses existing e2e-happy-path.test.ts pattern or extends it
• Fails notify via workflow summary; secrets documented
