Goal
Update public-facing roadmap and README framing now that the 2.0 control-plane contracts are implemented through goal, workspace, readiness, finish, and adapter evidence slices.
Scope
Docs only: README and roadmap/adapter docs. Link this as a child of #521 and distinguish 2.0-ready CLI contracts from future 3.0 UI/hosted work.

Doctor Impact
No runtime doctor, audit, status, finish, branch policy, provider, or workflow report behavior changes. Documentation only.
