Message if figures are not rounded to the keyword DECIMALS?

The PX file can become unnecessarily large if there are too many decimals, for example if a percentage has been calculated.

A suggestion is to display a message if a user forgets to round the number of decimal places so that it matches the keyword 'DECIMALS'."

@gnpe-nuuk I think this is a good suggestion. At the moment there aren't implemented any helpful warnings like this, but we have at least one other suggestion (#220) in the backlog.

This should be easy to implement, so the only problem I see with it, is that if we make one helpful warning, there are probably many others we could/should implement as well.

However, keep coming with suggestions like this, once we have a list we can decide to implement them at the same time.
