Description

Create a separate contract that holds XLM or RS-Tokens in escrow, releasing them to students automatically when they receive specific certificates.

Requirements

• Implement set_milestone(certificate_symbol, payout_amount).
• Function claim_reward that verifies the certificate on CertificateContract.
• Handle fund isolation and withdrawal safety.
