Enhancement - Save settings to load on startup

It would be nice if we could save the current settings to a file that gets loaded and applied on application start. I could take a crack at implementing this myself and sending you a pull request, but I'm pretty busy so it may be a bit before I do that.

Yes, YAFI is a really cool tool. I would love it if settings were persistent — for example, if I disable the power LED, it stays disabled even after a reboot. Something like that would be really great. Unfortunately, I don't have the know-how to implement this myself.

If someone wants to give it a crack, I'm happy if settings are just saved in a json (or whatever) file in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/yafi if present or $HOME/.config/yafi, or %APPDATA%\yafi for Windows. Some sort of flag to apply the config file without the GUI to put in your startup would also be great.
