Needs for RDBES

In order to support preparation of RDBES data call. We need solutions for:

• extracting trip parameters (departure and arrival dates) from some source. E.g. Raw logbooks, either from open data at fdir or from internal data stream at imr.
• annotating LOCODES. Either via kommunenr and the UN/LOCODE list w coordinates (will arbitrary LOCODE mathc withing kommune) or by explicitly annotating LOCODES on identifiers available in the landing data (possible Mottaksstasjon, connected to nmdreference/landingsite). LOCODES must be annotated to both sample data and landings/effort data.
