text to speech + mini issue (integrate text to speech to text portion of main page)

Goal: To find a suitable API or tool and integrate with codebase to perform text-to-speech
Nice to haves: Real-time text-to-speech such that text can be displayed in real-time (or short buffer of 5 seconds, etc)
