have a way to separate "light_rt" and "classic light" entites

some people who discover RT light, fall in the traps and setup shadowed flags and specular, realtime etc kv instead of using "light_rt" because they didn't know about it

it's does nothing iirc but yeah like I said I saw people don't use light_rt and use this one and don't understand why it's didn't work
