Can't move pulled items to places you can't move to

Problem Description:
If you are pulling an object and try to move it to a place that you yourself couldn't move to, you can't move it. This can result in getting stuck. https://i.imgur.com/dJzmmMS.png

What did you expect to happen:
I should be able to move the object to the side and get un-stuck.

What happened instead:
I couldn't move the object and got stuck!

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:
It is possible to get stuck while pulling something and be unable to get out without help.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Pull an object (janicart) and find a place where 3 1-tile-wide paths meet and one is a dead-end. Go down the dead end. Congratulations, you are now stuck!

Don't quote me on this, but I believe if you alt-click one of the tiles nearby while pulling it you can move it over there provided you click on said tile on the Alt Click Menu, however I may be wrong, I've really got to redesign that kitchen, too.

Hmm, I'll have to try alt-clicking. On TG you just click on the tile with an empty hand it works.

Alt-clicking doesn't seem to help. I'm going to take a look at TGCode and see if I can make it work the same way, because it's entirely too easy to get stuck this way, especially in maint.
