Toggle wake word background service per device charging status #407
Description
Maybe this is specific to my use case, but I literally never use Dicio's wake word and instead use Android's assistant-calling gesture swipe from the bottom corner to invoke Dicio, UNLESS I'm driving, and then I use it frequently. Would it be possible to either (1) detect when the user is driving, which I think is already a feature of Android, or (2) detect when the device is charging, and only enable the background listening service in one of those states? And of course allow users to enable or disable this automatic toggling functionality.
This will save a good amount of battery overall by only activating wake word listening functionality when people (hopefully not just me?) actually use it.
