Steps to reproduce: Go to https://app-superoffice-docs-dev.azurewebsites.net/en/contact/learn, scroll to Tabs on the Contact card
Expected result: Full frame, both horizontal and vertical lines, alternating shading
Actual result: Only inner horizontal lines
