Improve documentation

We need to improve the project documentation. This includes the following steps:

1. Improve the README.
2. Improve Thunkd's help menu.
3. Improve the inline code documentation.

Make a note that you have to click through all of the screens in the blocks tab to get the code to re-compile after a push.
