Integration tests

We need to add additional integration tests to the project that touch the Thunkable API. This involves the following steps:

1. Write integration tests that pull and push in all of the various modes.
2. Use GitHub secrets to run the integration tests remotely.
3. See if the integration tests can be re-run periodically.
