Add Third Party Information

As an iOS Engineer, I would like to have a screen in the app that lists all third party libraries (Pods) such that we don't violate any attribution clauses of licenses.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add a new "Third Party Attribution" screen off of the Info tab
   • list all pods in a table
   • tapping a cell opens the GitHub for that library

Swiftilities can save you some time here, and its AcknowledgementsViewController does some nice formatting stuff where it un-hard-wraps the license files, so you don’t get ugly line breaks when your phone isn’t exactly 80 columns wide.

You might find it hard to get to the GitHub link, unless you edit the Podfile to extract the link from the Podspec. I’d call it a nice-to-have or file a separate issue so it doesn’t gate this one.
