[FEATURE] Option to change `serverID` in settings

Feature Summary

Add an option to change the serverID of the servers in the settings to configure multiple servers with the same ID.

Why is this needed?

Currently, each server added to the database has its own ID.

However, since I use a web interface to add and remove VIPs, I need to configure each server ID to add and remove VIPs. An option to change this ID to be the same across all servers would be perfect. Currently, I activate VIP for all players on all servers, not VIP per game mode/server.

@crashzk implemented the feature so it allows you to add the serverID from config automaticaly

Even if the file is deleted, the server will not create another one when it is restarted.
