Create agents/ directory for scripts, harnesses, tests, workflows

Set up a dedicated directory (agents/ or ai-tools/) for generic agent scripts, test harnesses, workflow stubs, and reference agent implementations. Include structure, README, and at least one agent-oriented example. Make sure this enables rapid onboarding and experimentation by AI agents.
