Official docker and singularity images

Dear BIDCell team,

Thank you very much for providing this tool. I am wondering if you can provide official docker and singularity images.

Some background: I am currently working on building a Nextflow nf-core module (nf-core/spatialxe#17) for BIDCell. Usually the images of tools are automatically built by biocontainers (https://biocontainers.pro/) and the galaxy project (https://depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity/). However, as BIDCell is not on bioconda, these projects could not automatically build images for it.

Update: I can only create an image by specifying numpy>=1.24.4,<2.0.0. Hope you can update the dependency accordingly.

Hi, @an-altosian! I wonder can you kindly share docker/singularity image of BIDcell for public (e.g., docker hub)? It seem there's no official docker image yet
