Can't compile tests without server

If the enable_testing flag is activated, we can't compile without the server otherwize we get the error message :
Linking CXX shared library ../../../../lib/libvishnu-ums-server-mock.so
/usr/bin/ld.bfd.real: cannot find -lvishnu-core-server-mock

It should not be compiled because server are not activated
