I am sending a small reproduction package for a crash I observed in GPMC when it is invoked through Quokka-Sharp equivalence checking of quantum circuits.
For some packaged cases, GPMC terminates with:
*** INTERRUPTED by signal 11 ***
After that, Quokka-Sharp reports:
CheckEquivalence result: ERROR - unknown error
The package is intended only to make this behavior easy to reproduce. It includes the replay inputs, scripts, configs, and brief instructions needed to rerun the failing cases.
From the observed output, the immediate issue appears to be that GPMC crashes on these inputs. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at the attached reproducer and help identify or fix the problem in GPMC.
I am not making a claim here about the exact internal cause beyond the observed crash behavior. The README explains how to run the package.
