Remaining (this issue)

Create the outbound payout to ClubEG (gross $25,370.25) once ClubEG is provisioned as a payee. This was explicitly reserved as Al's manual step — not scripted. When done, the pass-through loop closes: inbound collected == Σ charge-through == outbound paid.

Payout prep (for Al — manual action). The money model is fully executed + reconciled: inbound $25,370.25 excluded from IC as pass-through, 24-way charge-through APs Σ = $25,370.25 (#805/#1186, balances 3 ways). The ONLY remaining step is the outbound disbursement:

1. Provision ClubEG as a payee/supplier (it isn't one yet).
2. Create the outbound payout: gross $25,370.25 CAD to ClubEG.
3. That closes the pass-through loop — inbound collected == Σ charge-through == outbound paid.
