API documentation is missing/broken

I am reading the API documentation at https://ta-lib.org/api/ .

1. But few links on the page are broken, and a 404 page not found error get shown when the link is visited.

Some broken links for example -
https://ta-lib.org/api/ta_initialize.html
https://ta-lib.org/api/ta_setunstableperiod.html

2. Also where I can find the documentation for the API of each TA function?

I tried looking in various pages on the website and the github repo, but could not find it.
For example to understand the possible values of the parameter TA_MAType_SMA I could not find any document and eventually found this in the ta_defs.h file.
Similarly there could be parameters needed for other TA functions as well.

Is such documentation not present at all or are the links missing?

The unstable period is used in a few places and relates to some moving averages taking some number of observations to become numerically "stable" relative to longer than window history.
