Manual Testing Protocol for Excel Interface

For each test, run for both batch_template.xlsm and batch_template_csv.xlsm:

1. Update plate
2. Clear a cell in one of the plate sheets
3. Click update plate button
4. Make sure cleared cell contains correct name
5. Update filename
6. Clear one of the filenames in the Samples sheet
7. Click update filename button
8. Make sure cleared cell contains correct filename
9. Colormodel
10. Click run button in Calibration sheet
11. Make sure TASBESession clears
12. Ensure "Color Model Created!" message appears without error
13. Check that there are figures in the Calibration Figures sheet
14. Batch analysis without point cloud
15. Make sure value is blank for flow.outputPointCloud row in Optional Settings sheet
16. Click run button in Samples sheet
17. Make sure TASBESession clears
18. Ensure "Batch Analysis Completed!" message appears without error
19. Check that the Batch Results and Batch Figures sheets are populated
20. Batch analysis with point cloud
21. Make sure value is 1 for flow.outputPointCloud row in Optional Settings sheet
22. Click run button in Samples sheet
23. Make sure TASBESession clears
24. Ensure "Batch Analysis Completed!" message appears without error
25. Check that the Batch Results and Batch Figures sheets are populated
26. Check that point cloud files are saved to specified location
27. Comparative analysis
28. Click run button in Comparative Analysis sheet
29. Make sure TASBESession clears
30. Ensure "Plusminus Analysis Completed!" message appears without error
31. Check that there are figures in the Comparative Figures sheet
32. Transfer curve analysis
33. Click run button in Transfer Curve Analysis sheet
34. Make sure TASBESession clears
35. Ensure "Transfer Curve Analysis Completed!" message appears without error
36. Check that there are figures in the Transfer Curve Figures sheet
