Add new tests for dashboard, widgetgroup and widget registration

With "[FEATURE] Register dashboards, widgetGroups and widgets by PHP API #105" we add a new possibility to register dashboards, widgetgroups and widgets.

For these methodes, we need to add also new functional test.
