Grouping Genes for highlighting issue when cufflinks creates multiple genes #218

Example Heart- znrf2 -ENSRNOG000000019028
Cufflinks has 2 genes in heart that match transcripts in znrf2. All 5 transcripts are highlighted but only those listed in cuflinks gene are displayed in tooltip. For example one might have 3 transcripts and then hold the mouse over another and then there are 2 transcripts.
