Please support TOTP for SSH-Connections #312
Description
Problem
THX for your great SQL-Client!
When connecting to a server via SSH and/or via a SSH-Tunnel, the systems need a six-digit TOTP additionally to the username/password and for maximum security even for username/private-key combination. So please enhance the login process to deal with TOTP requirements.
